O inward song of mal-content
Let purge thee through words to vent
This challenge gives rise to repent
To avail of the goodness that is heaven sent
This darkness that now prevails
Encumbers the happiness for want to sail
Through forgiveness this darkness doth curtail
So to the light this life can flail
With this blessing doth a phoenix rise?
Exposing effable beauty to awoken eyes
And from them tears of wonderment doth cry
For the joy of light consuming darkness beams high
